Gubkin University students received diplomas at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of the graduation
On 11 February 2020, Gubkin University students of the joint Master's degree program “Offshore field development technology” were handed out diplomas at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of the graduation. The program is offered by Gubkin University and the University of Stavanger (Stavanger, Norway).
The reception was opened by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to the Russian Federation Rune Resaland, who noted the importance of developing cooperation between countries in the field of education, and congratulated the graduates on the successful completion of the program. The Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Affairs at Gubkin University, Professor Alexander Maksimenko, the Head of the Department of Mechanical and Structural Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Stavanger Tor Henning Hemmingsen, the curator of the joint Master's degree program at Gubkin University, Assistant to the Rector Vlada Streletskaya also greeted the graduates.
As part of the ceremony, seven graduate students were awarded diplomas on the completion of the joint Master's degree program “Offshore field development technology”.
