Most talented students received Gubkin University awards

On the Russian Students' Day on 25 January 2024, a special ceremony was held in the Palace of Culture “Gubkinets” to present Gubkin University awards.

In 2024, by the decision of the expert commission, 50 candidates received the Star of Gubkin University award, 17 candidates received the Silver Star of Gubkin University award and five candidates received the Golden Star of Gubkin University award.

The most talented students received their awards from Professor Viktor Martynov, Rector of Gubkin University, who noted that awarding ceremony on the Russian Students' Day has become a new tradition at the university.

Vice-Rectors, deans of faculties and heads of university departments participated in the event.

In return, the Joint Council of Students thanked the university leadership for supporting student initiatives and invaluable contribution to the development of the student community.

The award ceremony was followed with a concert prepared by performance groups of the Palace of Culture “Gubkinets”.
