Gubkin University took part in the Festival of Culture and Creativity of the Peoples of Russia "Heritage"

From 28 to 30 September 2022, Grozny State Oil Technical University hosted the Festival of Culture and Creativity of the Peoples of Russia "Heritage". More than 300 people were engaged in the event. 120 students aged 18 to 23 from various universities representing 16 regions of the country performed in six categories: folklore, folk dance, folk singing, folk instruments, ethnic fashion, folk crafts.

The goal of the Festival was to promote the folk culture, folklore and creativity of the peoples of Russia, as well as to consolidate the youth and exchange experience. The event also aimed to strengthen sustainable ties between students.

The Festival program included creative performances, an exhibition of ethnic fashion, an exposition of young artists and folk artists, round tables, master classes and a concert.

The Festival was organized on the initiative of Grozny State Oil Technical University with the support of the Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).

The event brought together students from various regions of the country, including Perm Krai, Stavropol Krai, Oryol Region, Tyumen Region, Volgograd Region, Kursk Region and Moscow Region. Gubkin University was represented by the vocal studio "InVoice" and the dance studios "Ablaze crew" and "Light".
