Development prospects of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) Branch in Tashkent

On December 12, 2024, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky and First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shahrukh Daliyev visited Gubkin University.

The delegation included representatives of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Rasulbek Otakhanov, the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valentina Pavlova, and the MPEI National Research University Branch in Tashkent Talgat Nishonbekov.

At the meeting, the development prospects of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) branch in Tashkent, its material and technical equipment and infrastructure were discussed.

Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky highly appreciated the contribution of the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent to the training of personnel for the national economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and strengthening cooperation between our countries.

The meeting participants visited the A.S. Oganov Offshore Drilling Center and the Field Development Management Center.
