Gubkin University hosted the job fair of Gazprom
On October 11, 2017 Gubkin University hosted the job fair of Gazprom subsidiaries and organizations. As part of the event, the meeting of the University alumni who currently hold senior positions at Gazprom and its subsidiaries was also held.
During the meeting the alumni visited the University facilities, including the Center for Marine Drilling, the Laboratory Center for Pipeline Transportation of Oil and Oil Products, the Virtual Oil Refinery, the National Oil and Gas Library and the Training Center for Onshore and Offshore Well Drilling. Gubkin University was represented by the Rector Viktor Martynov, the Vice-Rector for Education Marina Filatova, the Head of Academic and Methodological Department Andrey Dushin, the Advisor to Rector Viktor Shimonenko, and the Head of the Office for Student Employment Assistance Anton Tumanov.
The delegation members took part in the opening session of the job fair of Gazprom subsidiaries and organizations. Gubkin University alumni who currently hold senior positions at Gazprom and its subsidiaries welcomed the third- and fourth-year students majoring in petroleum engineering and shared their stories about career and professional success.
During the job fair Gubkin University students and graduates handed over for review nearly 1,000 CVs to HR representatives from Gazprom and its subsidiaries. 25 subsidiaries and organizations of Gazprom as well as Gazprom headquarters were represented at the job fair.
