The open lecture by the Vice President of LUKOIL Anatoliy Moskalenko was held at Gubkin University

On October 17, 2018 the open lecture titled “HR policy of an oil company” by the Vice President for Human Resources Management and Corporate Structure Development of LUKOIL, the Head of the Department of Innovation Management at the premises of LUKOIL-Engineering Anatoly Moskalenko was held at Gubkin University. The lecture was organized by the Faculty of International Energy Business, the Department of Innovation Management.

The meeting of Anatoly Moskalenko with Gubkin University students became the starting point for a unique cycle of lectures and master classes under the title “HR policy of an oil company” designed specifically for students of Gubkin University by the Department of Innovation Management. During the meeting Anatoly Moskalenko answered the questions addressed by the students about digitization of the economy and LUKOIL’s practical experience in this area, modern approaches to improving employee productivity in oil and gas companies, and social responsibility of business.

The program of the new course on HR policy of an oil company implies lectures and master classes delivered by the heads of the unit for human resources management and corporate structure development as well as the legal support unit at LUKOIL. In total, twelve meetings will be held for Gubkin University students from October to December 2018 at the conference hall of the University library and some classrooms.

During the course, undergraduate and graduate students will learn about current trends in working with personnel of oil companies, become familiar with peculiarities of HR policy implementation in the fuel and energy sector, as well as receive useful tips and recommendations related to employment, adaptation at the workplace, development of competencies, building a career etc.
