Gubkin University TV received SPETSKOR Award

On 25 May 2019, the Forum of the First Student Agency was held at Russia Today agency where the official ceremony of the 2nd SPETSKOR Award took place. The team of Gubkin University TV (GUtv) received the best students’ editorship award in the television category.

SPETSKOR Award (Special Correspondent Award) is one of the main events in the life of the Moscow students’ media. The award gives a chance to young journalists based in Moscow, including the representatives of students’ editorial offices, newspapers, portals, radio and television, as well as the authors of their own blogs in social networks, to demonstrate their achievements.

Within the framework of the 2nd SPETSKOR Award, the representatives of the best students’ media in Moscow were named in seven categories, including “Internet”, “Students’ Moscow”, “Printing", "Radio", "Television", "Photography" and "Students’ Media".

The team of Gubkin University TV supervised by Ekaterina Mostovaya became the best for the second time in a row in the television category. Irina Borzetsova, the student of ММ-15-12 group, was recognized as the best editor-in-chief, and Yegor Ruzavin, the student of ТА-16-07 group, was recognized as the best operator.
