Gubkin University students became the holders of the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for students and postgraduates obtaining academic degrees in 2020-2021.

According to the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation of 12 August 2020 No. 996, Vladimir Nedolivko and Violetta Kusheeva, the second year Master's degree students of the Faculty of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Gubkin University became the holders of the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation.
