Gubkin University graduates among the winners of the Leaders of Russia national management competition
Gubkin University graduates are among the winners of the Leaders of Russia national management competition. During the competition, over 227 thousand applications were received, 300 participants were shortlisted and only 100 of them became the winners. Boris Izyumov became one of the winners, while Dmitry Bazhenov reached the final, and Kirill Bogachev – the semifinal.
Boris Izyumov received his degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of Gubkin University in 2002. Later he worked for Schlumberger, and continued to lecture at Gubkin University. Presently, he is the Section Head at the Department for Perspective Development of Gazprom Neft.
Dmitry Bazhenov received his degree in Law at Gubkin University in 2011, worked for Rosatom State Atomiс Energy Corporation, and at the moment, he is the Head of the Global Development Department at TVEL Fuel.
Kirill Bogachev received his degree in Petroleum Engineering at Gubkin University in 2005, and later graduated from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
The main goal of the Leaders of Russia national management competition is to identify, encourage further development and support promising leaders from all over Russia, those who have a high level of motivation and management potential.
The finalists have the opportunity to choose a mentor from among top regional officials, CEOs of large companies and public organizations, high-ranking representatives from the Presidential Executive Office, State Duma deputies and Federation Council members.
