Gubkin University became the winner in the nomination "Best HR Practice in Staff Development"

On 12 October 2020, within the framework of the online All-Russian HR Forum of Organizations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the results of the All-Russian competition "Best HR Practices in Education and Science" were summed up. Gubkin University was announced the winner in the nomination "Best HR Practice in Staff Development".

The goals of the competition were to identify, encourage, promote and replicate best HR practices used by organizations under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

160 applications from 111 participants were reviewed in various nominations of the competition. 28 of them were submitted for the nomination "Best HR Practice in Staff Development".

During the Forum, participants delivered presentations of best HR practices (winners of the competition), as well as discussed with leading experts in staff management the issues relevant to HR sector. The Forum brought together over a thousand representatives of various organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, invited guests from leading educational and scientific organizations, other ministries and agencies.
