University students at the "White Month" celebration

On March 7, 2025, a large-scale celebration of the "White Month" took place at the HSE Cultural Center.

The "White Month" is the most important holiday of Mongolian-speaking peoples, timed to coincide with the first day of spring - the beginning of the new year according to the Mongolian lunar calendar. This day is always filled with bright emotions, interesting activities and unforgettable impressions.

The Buryat, Kalmyk, Mongolian and Tuvan clubs of the HSE prepared master classes, creative competitions and national treats. The program of the event ended with a festive concert.

The event was attended by representatives of the Buryat community of Gubkin University: Timur Dabaev (group TP-24-02), Damir Daginov (group HT-23-04), Dorzhi Damdintsurunov (group GE-24-06), Timur Zhorabaev (group RB-24-02), Polina Zhuravleva (group GP-24-09) and Chingis Radnaev (group AA-24-07).
