Gubkin University students took part in the All-Russian campaign "Windows of Victory"

From May 5 to May 8, 2025, an off-site training of the student body of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering was held at the Zaluchye training and production center. As part of the trip, students and employees of the university took part in the All-Russian campaign "Windows of Victory".

The "Windows of Victory" project is aimed at preserving the memory of the events of our history and the feat of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. On the eve of Victory Day, stickers dedicated to May 9 appear on the windows of houses, educational and public institutions throughout the country.

Gubkin University students also joined the campaign and placed more than 30 samples of stickers with symbols of the Great Victory on the windows, including the St. George ribbon, carnations, doves and famous monuments - "Motherland", "Alyosha" and others.

The campaign is carried out by the All-Russian public and state movement of children and youth "Movement of the First" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on the eve of the celebration of Victory Day for several years. Thus, in 2024, more than three million windows were decorated throughout the country. In turn, the youth initiative was supported by politicians, public figures and show business stars.
