Graduation Ceremony 2026

On July 4, 2026, Gubkin University held its "Graduation Ceremony 2026." Thousands of oil and gas graduates are entering a new phase of their careers. Their education has come to an end, and the knowledge they gained at their alma mater will serve as a solid foundation for future career achievements.

The festivities began with a ceremonial parade of graduates from the Gubkin University Military Training Center. The diploma presentation ceremony for fuel and lubricants service specialists took place in the courtyard. Faculty from the Military Training Center and university leadership were present at the parade. Congratulations to the graduates emphasized the importance of training highly qualified specialists for the country's defense capability.

The graduation program then continued with interactive zones located in the first-floor lobby of the main building and the foyer of the Gubkinets Palace of Culture. Here, graduates, their families, and guests had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the university atmosphere, take memorable photos, and reminisce about the highlights of their student life.

The celebration culminated with a gala concert held at the Gubkinets Palace of Culture. Talented students and university performance groups performed vibrant numbers for the audience, and the graduates were presented with their long-awaited diplomas. Gubkin University Rector Viktor Martynov delivered a welcoming speech to the graduates.

"Dear graduates, respected parents, faculty, and guests! Today we celebrate another graduation of our specialists—those who have demonstrated a remarkable level of knowledge and successfully completed their studies at Gubkin University. I would like to express special gratitude to the faculty and parents of the graduates for their experience and support. I wish you success and all the best!" Rector Viktor Martynov remarked in his address.

Stanislav Shiryaev, Head of Moscow's Gagarinsky District, also addressed the graduates from the stage, noting the importance of their education and wishing the young professionals success in their professional endeavors.

Following the concert, diploma presentations continued at the departments.
