University students at the 3rd Conference of the All-Russian Environmental Public Movement "Ecosystem"

On December 1, 2025, the 3rd Conference of the All-Russian Environmental Public Movement "Ecosystem" was held at the National Center "Russia" in Moscow. Students, activists from the Student Scientific Society, and the Environmental Club of Gubkin University participated as delegates.

The delegates representing the Student Scientific Society and the Environmental Club of Gubkin University were Martin Maltsev (Group GM-24-11), Grigory Drovnin (Group RT-25-11), Vladislav Larionov (Group RT-25-11), and Danila Vasilenkov (Group HT-25-02).

During the conference, the delegates approved a new version of the charter, elected a movement council, and identified priority areas of activity for the coming years. The work of the established student and international environmental clubs, the implementation of the Ecoleaders project, and the media club were also noted.

The decisions made during the conference laid the foundation for further development, supporting initiatives to strengthen the governance system and expand the participation of volunteers and activists. The movement is actively developing tracks on forests and climate, environmental education, social ecology, the circular economy, volunteering, science, business, and international cooperation.

Representation of members of the Gubkin University Student Scientific Society at external venues is being implemented through a federal budget subsidy to higher education institutions for the implementation of activities aimed at supporting student scientific communities as part of the university's Student Scientific Society development program, "Uniting Science: From Popularization to Practice."
