The Second Day of the International Forum "Oil and Gas - 2025"

On April 22, 2025, the second day of the international forum "Oil and Gas - 2025" was held at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University).

On the second day, the exhibition of developments by university scientists and specialized fuel and energy companies ended. Thanks to the efforts of universities, research institutes and industrial partners, the forum participants and guests were able to get acquainted with advanced technological solutions, exchange experiences and establish new partnerships that will form the basis for future scientific and practical projects.

The central event of the day was the beginning of the work of the sectional sessions of the 79th International Youth Scientific Conference "Oil and Gas - 2025". The conference is held to analyze current achievements in oil and gas science and technology, determine key areas of scientific research, as well as identify and support promising research carried out by young scientists.

The conference's sectional institutions discuss a wide range of issues, including exploration and development of oil and gas fields, transportation, storage and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, petrochemical issues, automation of production processes, industrial and environmental safety, as well as training of engineering personnel for the industry.

Young researchers present reports reflecting advanced approaches and research results aimed at developing competitive domestic technologies. Following the first day, the expert community notes the high level of the presented works and the interest of young specialists and students in solving urgent problems of the fuel and energy complex.
