A university employee participated in the international conferences "GRIMO-2025" and "Cifrogaz-2025"

From September 8 to 12, 2025, Gazprom VNIIGAZ hosted two complementary events: the 4th Scientific and Technical Conference "Modern Methods of Integrated Modeling of Gas and Oil, Gas, Condensate Field Development" (GRIMO-2025) and the 2nd Scientific and Practical Conference "Technology Days of Science-Intensive Software "Cifrogaz" (Digital Gas-2025). The forums brought together researchers, engineers, and software developers to discuss end-to-end modeling, digital twins, and replicable domestic solutions for the fuel and energy sector.

Valentina Samsonova, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Automated Control Systems, presented a paper on the practical application of computational models for optimizing gas collection, treatment, and transportation systems at the GRIMO-2025 sectional program.

At Digital Gas 2025, Valentina Samsonova presented a paper on the development and implementation of the Vesta software and computing system for modeling steady-state and non-steady-state conditions, integrating it into dispatch support systems, and improving the efficiency of existing facilities.

GRIMO-2025 and Digital Gas 2025 held simultaneously is aimed at creating the "model-software platform-production data" link as the basis for increasing the technological resilience and scalability of domestic solutions in the gas industry.
