University Students – Winners and Medalists of the Moscow Junior Rowing Championship (Under 23)

On August 19 and 20, 2026, the Moscow Championship among juniors under 23 in rowing (discipline – flat-water rowing) was held at the Krylatskoye Rowing Canal. The strongest young rowers of the capital took part in the competitions. Students of Gubkin University, who train at the Water Sports Center, became winners and medalists of the competition.

Ailina Kilsinbaeva (group KM-23-20) twice climbed to the top step of the podium, winning gold medals in the lightweight single sculls and the lightweight double sculls.

Elizaveta Dorofeeva (group KA-25-06) became a bronze medalist in the lightweight double sculls and took fourth place in the lightweight single sculls.

Polina Kafanova (group MP-24-06) finished fourth in the women’s single sculls, and Dmitry Chernyavsky (group GI-24-04) achieved fourth place in the men’s double sculls.

The successful performance of the students at the Moscow Championship confirms the high level of training of Gubkin University athletes.
