Educational trip to Kazan

From April 20 to 22, 2025, as part of the cultural and educational focus of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "More than a Journey" to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, students of Gubkin University made an educational trip to Kazan. It was attended by the chairmen of the housing and living commission at the faculties and the best class monitors.

The students visited key historical sites of Kazan, such as the Kazan Kremlin, the Kul Sharif Mosque, the Raifsky Bogoroditsky Monastery, Sviyazhsk, the youngest city in Russia - Innopolis, and also looked at Kazan in 1910, thanks to a virtual tour.

The university students were able to touch the traditions of Tatar culture, learn about the history of the Republic of Tatarstan and its achievements in the field of IT technologies.
