Spring Job Fair

On March 20, 2025, the Spring Job Fair was held in the lobby of the Gubkinets Palace of Culture together with the subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom.

Employer companies provided 701 vacancies for students and graduates of Gubkin University, as well as about 413 offers for industrial training and internships.

By the end of the Job Fair, the number of resumes collected by companies for further employment was 865, and 854 resumes were collected for internships.

In addition to Russian oil and gas companies, the event was attended by the Center for Assessment and Development of Competencies of Students of Gubkin University. Representatives of the center conducted a survey among employers, in which they identified the most important competencies for a novice specialist, carried out an express pumping of "soft" skills in students and awarded the most active and bright students with memorable prizes.

As part of the spring Job Fair, a meeting was held between representatives of Gubkin University, PAO Gazprom, RSO Engineering, the Moscow regional branch of the Youth All-Russian public organization "Russian Student Teams" (RSO) and the headquarters of student teams of Gubkin University.

Over 14 years of joint work, more than 15,000 RSO participants gained work experience at the facilities of PAO Gazprom, including teams of Gubkin University. During the meeting, special attention was paid to plans for 2025: holding the 2nd School of Command Staff of PJSC Gazprom Student Teams at Gubkin University, as well as the participation of Moscow students in the 3rd Meeting of the Company's Student Teams and career guidance events.

The meeting identified key vectors of cooperation between Russian student teams and PJSC Gazprom.
