University students are finalists and winners of the hackathon "Fuel and Energy Complex (TEK) 2050"

From July 10 to 16, 2025, the 6th International Oil and Gas Youth Forum was held on the campus of the Almetyevsk State Technological University "Higher School of Oil", within the framework of which the hackathon "TEK 2050" was held.

The program included trainings, round tables, master classes from leading experts in the fuel and energy sector, direct communication with the management of oil and gas companies, relevant ministries and departments, as well as a hackathon on the topics of global technological leadership. Participants also had the opportunity to go on excursions, including to Aktobe, where projects in the field of biotechnology were implemented.

One of the most striking events is the oil summit, which in 2025 is timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of PJSC Tatneft. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak and Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Students of the ATM-24-01 group took part in solving production cases provided by PJSC Tatneft under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Automation of Technological Processes, PhD in Economics Yuri Zabaikin: Anastasia Damaskina, Farida Kamilova, Anastasia Korotaeva, Ulyana Sakharova and Yulia Smelova.

Following the defense of the cases, Anastasia Damaskina and Anastasia Korotaeva reached the final. The team, captained by Ulyana Sakharova, became the winner.
