Second Stream of the "Horizons of Opportunities" Program

Applications from international students for the second stream of the "Horizons of Opportunities" program are open until May 31, 2026.

The program is implemented by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation jointly with the International Youth Center of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.

The goal of the program is to create a corps of highly qualified international students committed to the Russian agenda, which will contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation between foreign countries and the Russian Federation. Participants are expected to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for continuing their work with Russia after returning home, as well as for successful integration into the Russian labor market.

The program is aimed at the most successful and active international students in fields related to the humanities and economics. It includes a series of seminars and lectures in three tracks: the International Humanitarian School, the International Economic School, and the International School of Humanitarian Cooperation. The most successful participants will be invited to the midterm regional stages and the final event in Moscow, and will also have the opportunity to complete an internship at a Russian company.

To qualify, participants must complete a registration form, take a test, and submit a video business card. The selection results will be announced no later than June 12, 2026.
