The Specialized Department of Innovation Management celebrated its 10th anniversary
On 30 March 2021, the Specialized Department of Innovation Management of the Faculty of International Energy Business established at the premises of LUKOIL-Engineering celebrated its 10th anniversary. The special event was held in the Oil Pavilion at VDNH in Moscow.
As part of the celebrations, a round table “Science, business and education in training specialists for the fuel and energy complex” was organized. Management of LUKOIL-Engineering and LUKOIL Group, representatives of government authorities, faculty members and students of Gubkin University participated in the event.
Mr. Andrey Omelchuk, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, delivered a presentation on the implementation of the national project “Science and Universities” in the context of addressing the challenges of personnel training.
Mr. Anatoly Moskalenko, Vice President for Human Resources Management and Corporate Structure Development of LUKOIL, Head of Department of Innovation Management at the premises of LUKOIL-Engineering, Mr. Viktor Martynov, Rector of Gubkin University, Mr. Yuri Pikhtovnikov, Head of Department for Organizational Development and Career Management at LUKOIL, Head of Master's Program at Gubkin Unversity, Mr. Vadim Voevodkin, General Director of LUKOIL-Engineering, and Mr. Vasily Zubakin, Head of Energy Department at LUKOIL, spoke at the round table, which was broadcast live via the Internet to the regions of LUKOIL presence in the Russian Federation.
The roundtable participants discussed the strategic tasks that organizations and educational institutions face, and paid special attention to cooperation between the education and business sector as the main factor in the development of human resources for the national economy, as well as rapid transfer of new knowledge and successful implementation of innovative technologies.
As part of the event, an introductory tour was organized for the participants in the renewed Oil Pavilion at VDNH, where in the interactive format they could learn about the full production cycle of the vertically integrated company LUKOIL – from extraction to refining and sales.
During the official ceremony, Mr. Viktor Martynov, Rector of Gubkin University, presented the university awards to Mr. Anatoly Moskalenko, Head of Specialized Department of Innovation Management at the premises of LUKOIL-Engineering, Vice President for Human Resources Management and Corporate Structure Development of LUKOIL, Mr. Vadim Voevodkin, Head of Specialized Department of Modeling of Physical and Technological Field Development Process at Gubkin University, General Director of LUKOIL-Engineering, and Mr. Vasily Zubakin, Head of Specialized Department of Renewable Energy Sources at Gubkin University, Head of the Energy Department at LUKOIL.
The team of LUKOIL-Engineering was presented an award of the Golden Partner of Gubkin University for many years of fruitful cooperation.
