International Summer School 2020: Offshore Field Development
On 27 – 31 July 2020, the International Educational Summer School: Offshore Field Development will be organized by Gubkin University in cooperation with the University of Stavanger (Norway) with the support of the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (Diku). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year the Summer School will be held in the online format.
Students, young researchers and professionals interested to strengthen their academic background, expand their professional and social network are invited to register by 15 July 2020.
Classes and lectures will be delivered by highly qualified faculty members from Gubkin University (Russia), University of Stavanger (Norway), Freiberg Mining Academy (Germany), KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) as well as representatives from leading research institutes and partnering companies.
Anatoly Zolotukhin, Professor of the Department of Oil Field Development and Operation at Gubkin University is the scientific coordinator of the International Summer School 2020.
All participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
Program duration is 5 days. Classes and lectures will be held online daily, including 3 hours of class and group work.
The language of instruction is English.
