2nd German-Russian Student Workshop: Liquefied Natural Gas. Problems and Solutions
On September 24, 2018 Gubkin University will host the 2nd German-Russian Student Workshop: Liquefied Natural Gas. Problems and Solutions. Bachelor’s and Master’s degree as well as PhD students are invited to participate. The working languages of the event are Russian, German and English.
The workshop is organized by the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection at Gubkin University with the support of the Institute of Drilling Technology and Field Development at Technical University of Freiberg Mining Academy, and sponsored by the VNG Gruppe (Germany).
The event is aimed to analyze the trends and prospects of the development of international Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) market.
The following topics are offered to discuss at the workshop:
- Innovative technologies of production and processing of LNG;
- Use of advanced cryogenic technologies in processes of transport, storage and distribution of LNG;
- Processes and technology of LNG using;
- Labour protection, health, safety and environment on LNG facilities;
- Perspectives of LNG needs for the international market.
To participate in the workshop applicants are required to submit the application form, abstracts before July 15, 2018. Articles and presentations are required to submit before August 20, 2018. Contact email is email@example.com.
Speakers are offered up to 10 minutes for a presentation and 10 minutes for a discussion and questions.
