Albert Vladimirov was born on 3 July 1939 in Vologda, Russian Federation.

Albert Vladimirov graduated from Leningrad Suvorov Military School (1956), with honors from Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry, majoring in machinery and equipment for chemical industry (1963).

He is a PhD in Technical Sciences (1971).

Albert Vladimirov is a well-known scientist in hydrodynamics of two-phase flows, development of equipment for catalytic processes.
